		<description>You noted that the oven is preheated to 180 degrees -- I know it&#039;s a dumb statement [no need to argue this], but I just can&#039;t help to clarify design statements! (:-p) I have to assume that since you are using metric for (most) of your measurements that you meant 180 degrees Centigrade and not 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
