I was dropping by your site to dig up some of your posts on the SAM7 again, and saw this in your nerd notes. 
That&#039;s a nice tutorial, but I actually like &quot;Circuit Design with VHDL&quot; by Volnei A. Pedroni a little better. It goes a little more in depth without being too overwhelming, has more examples, and makes a nice reference. There are also some appendices with some cool info on the architectures of some programmable logic devices, and tutorials of the most basic synthesis, simulation and implementation procedures for both Xilinx ISE and Altera Quartus software!</description>
