KidType License Agreement
KidType is free to download, however the copyright belongs to me, Adam Pierce <adam@doctort.org> and I have a few simple conditions for you to follow if you would like to use my software.
If you do not agree to the following conditions, you must not use this software.
1. Copying
- You may download KidType Show for free from http://www.doctort.org/adam/product/kidtype/
- You may give copies of the ZIP file to others.
- You may charge a reasonable copying fee if you wish.
- You may place KidType on shareware sites or other public download sites but you must include a link back to the KidType web page (http://www.doctort.org/adam/product/kidtype/).
- You MUST NOT include KidType in any commercial software compilation without my written permission.
- You may only distribute an exact copy of the original ZIP file. You MUST NOT alter the ZIP file in any way.
2. No Warranty
KidType comes with NO WARRANTY, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
While KidType will most likely work well, I make no guarantee that it will always perform faultlessly.
I have put a lot of effort into making KidType as reliable and safe as possible, however I take no resposibility for any damage caused to your data from the use or misuse of this software.
