The world of aphelion one is a gathering of experimental slow beats and ambient soundscapes brought to you by various Clan Analogue artists.

The artists represented have a history as colourful as the sounds found over the expanse of this CD. It is even suggested that you should experience this CD in a darkened room, to concentrate on the sounds themselves and realise the beauty of this CD.

While this CD does not by any means present itself as an ambient release, several of the works touch upon this notion, whilst others are confronting in a most surreal but pleasant manner.

aphelion one operates at the boundaries of style in experimental electronic music, ranging from rhythmic, disjointed works, to soundscapes and atmospheres, placing it in one of the most exciting and progressive areas in sound/music/noise making today.
