This is the 2nd double-CD from 2SER's fundrasier party, Freaky Loops.

Freaky Loops is more than a fundraiser for underground community radio station, 2SER. It is also designed to be innovative and demand that punters become more discerning. With its origins in 1997, Freaky Loops has grown into a multi-stage festival with over 60 DJs and local live acts, political information stalls and live installation artworks.

Despite its growth and enormous financial success, organisers, decorators, volunteers and performers offer their services free of charge in order to both put something back into the underground community and to maximise the benefit for 2SER.

This year's Freaky Loops festival on October 30, 1999 was organised by a central committee of people representing 2SER, Sub Bass Snarl/Frigid, Clan Analogue, Club Kooky's Seymour & Gemma and Elefant Traks.
